We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent.

Our service providers may process personal information on servers located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may provide different data-protection standards than your jurisdiction.

• Quote requests that do not result in service: 24 months from last contact.
• Customer service records (including pesticide application logs): 7 years, as required by Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services regulations.
• Website server logs and analytics: 14 months.
• Cookies: as specified in the Cookie Policy.
• Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, and for 12 months thereafter for suppression-list purposes.

• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — we do not process sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics about you.
• Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@mynativepestmanagement.com with the subject line “CCPA Request” and include enough information for us to verify your identity and locate your record. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization. We will respond within 45 days, with a single 45-day extension if reasonably necessary.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@mynativepestmanagement.com and we will delete the information.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may nevertheless submit a formal opt-out by emailing us at info@mynativepestmanagement.com with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information, including TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls, and staff training. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
